Overview
- Enroll in any course by purchasing it from our Training Catalog
- You may easily and quickly access all of your enrolled courses from our Online Training Center after logging in
- Refunds are available, per our Refund Policy
- You should login with the information sent to you via email. We associate the courses you purchase with you based on the email address you use during checkout
- Don't have functioning login information? Contact us
- You will be able to access and view the course as many times as you wish, for 365 days (from the date of the first time you login to access the course)
- You may communicate with the instructor and other students in the course forums, which are closely monitored by RMI instructors and staff
- Students in Full Courses receive a Certification of Completion for the course, along with a validation code whereby others (such as prospective employers) might verify the certificate (read about RMI Certificates)
