Many ActionScript programmers are self-taught, and come from many different types of backgrounds. This course will help solidify a developers knowledge of scripting and ActionScript. It will introduce beginner programmers to concepts about programming that will help them make the jump from being a "beginner" to being more confident in their ActionScript and programming skills. Some of the ActioScript 3.0 classes that will be explored include: Loader, Bitmap, XML, Transform, Tween, drawing API.

This course is for developers who have some experience in programming in either ActionScript 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0. They should be comfortable with the basic elements of programming.
