Refunds for Online Training

Because of the nature of the product (which can be consumed, completely, immediately upon purchase), refunds for online training courses are permitted within two days (48 hours) of purchase. Please contact us providing the reason for your refund request.

Refunds for Live Workshops

Refunds are permitted prior to 14 days before the event, less a $25 administrative fee. Please contact us providing the reason for your refund request. Regrettably, due to venue capacity, we can not permit refunds within 14 days of the event.
